What does Plumbtyme sell?+
We are a consumer retail store for simple baking prep and counter-storage tools — measuring cups and spoons, parchment, scrapers, spatulas, prep bowls, cooling racks and organizers. Everything is a physical product that ships to you.
Do you offer any services or installation?+
No. We only sell physical retail products. We do not provide installation, repair or any on-site service.
What currency are prices in?+
All prices are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD).
How long does shipping take?+
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within the United States takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.
Is shipping free?+
Standard shipping is free on orders over $55 within the United States. Otherwise shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
What is your return policy?+
You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Some food-contact consumables are non-returnable once opened. See our Returns & Refund Policy.
How do payments work?+
Payments are handled securely by our third-party payment providers at checkout. We do not store full card details on our servers.
Are your products food-safe?+
Materials are listed on each product page. Tools intended for food contact use food-grade silicone or stainless steel. Follow the care note provided with each item.
Do you ship internationally?+
Where international shipping is offered at checkout, delivery takes 7–21 business days. Any customs duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.
Can I order in bulk for a bakery or business?+
Yes. Use our bulk orders page to request a quote for larger or recurring orders.
