Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy applies to all orders placed with PLUMB TYME PLUMBING INC at plumbtyme.shop. All prices and shipping charges are shown in USD.

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on a weekend or holiday, begin processing the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Delivery estimates

• Standard shipping (United States): 3–7 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping (United States): 2–3 business days after dispatch, where offered at checkout.
• International: where available, 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or remote destinations.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight. Standard shipping is free on orders over $55 (before taxes) shipped within the United States. The exact charge is shown before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. If tracking has not updated within 3 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@plumbtyme.shop.

Damaged, lost or missing parcels

Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or an item is missing, email support@plumbtyme.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund for items confirmed damaged in transit. For parcels marked delivered but not received, we will open a carrier investigation on your behalf.

Undeliverable or refused parcels

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address) or is refused, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment may incur an additional shipping charge. If you prefer a refund, the original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in the price or shipping charge at checkout and are not collected by Plumbtyme.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
