Returns & Refund Policy

14-day returns on unused items in original packaging.

We want you to be happy with your prep tools. If something is not right, this policy explains how to return it. It applies to purchases made from PLUMB TYME PLUMBING INC at plumbtyme.shop.

Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging and complete with any accessories.

Non-returnable items

  • Items that have been used, washed or are no longer in original, resalable condition.
  • For hygiene and food-contact reasons, opened consumable lining products (such as parchment sheet packs and label packs) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless faulty.
  • Final-sale or clearance items, where clearly marked at the time of purchase.

This does not affect your rights in respect of items that are faulty, damaged or not as described.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@plumbtyme.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
  2. We will reply with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the items securely and ship them back within 14 days of receiving instructions.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For items that are faulty, damaged on arrival or sent in error, we cover return shipping and will provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable return postage.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. The time for the refund to appear depends on your bank or card issuer. Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order for the replacement.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping you paid. See also our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
